Chauffeur Melbourne collects the personal information needed to take and fulfil a booking: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, flight details and any special requirements.
How we use it
We use your details to quote, confirm and carry out your booking, to contact you about it, and to send invoices. We do not sell or rent your information.
Who we share it with
We share your details only with the chauffeur assigned to your booking and with service providers who help us run the business, such as payment and IT providers, and where the law requires it.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
This website may use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure our advertising, for example whether a visit from an ad led to a call or a quote request. These services set cookies and receive information such as the pages you viewed, the device you used and the ad you clicked. When you send a quote request, a scrambled (hashed) form of your email address and phone number may be shared with Google so it can tell us whether the request came from an ad; it cannot be turned back into your details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage Google’s use of advertising data at adssettings.google.com.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, and keep it only as long as we need it or as the law requires.
