How far ahead should I book?
A day or more is best, and weeks ahead for weddings, Cup week and the Grand Prix. We take same-day bookings whenever a car is free.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
Yes, at no charge up to an hour before pickup.
How will I find my chauffeur at the airport?
On arrivals, your chauffeur waits at the information desk as you leave the customs hall, holding a sign with your name. Can’t see them? Call 1300 972 066 from any airport phone.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup. The first 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free.
Which cars can I choose from?
